Club (noun): A group of students who gather and build community based on shared interest.

Our mission is to provide student development, personal growth, and experiential learning through a diverse range of clubs, organizations, leadership opportunities, and campus activities.

Clubs are managed in collaboration with Student Activities and Student Government Association.

Student Activities

The Student Activities Office facilitates the development, planning, and coordination of campus activities. Providing personal growth and developmental experiences through involvement in clubs, organizations, leadership opportunities, and co-curricular activities. In addition, the Student Activities Office is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the College Student Union, The Port, student leadership training, and club p-cards.

Student Government Association

The Student Government Association (SGA) are students elected by their peers to represent the entire student body. SGA works to ensure clubs maintain their mission aligned with the Benedictine Values and complete yearly club responsibilities in order to best facilitate the student experience. Largely, they oversee the allocation and distribution of the Student Activity Fee which allots of club budgets and other student-focused initiatives.

Club Categories

Clubs are broken into seven categories to cater to the wide array of student interests and needs; each with different rules and regulations set forth by the overarching area liaison in addition to the club handbook guidelines. Advisors can also connect with their area liaison for questions or concerns they have.
