Benedictine Balance - Reflect on who you are and who you are becoming, in relationship to others and the holy, and find your center.
This week we encourage you to Feed Your Spirit by stopping by our multifaith prayer space, the Oratory, in Tower 20D. In the Oratory you will find a peaceful space for reflection. We have a variety of reflection and prayer resources for you to use while you are there. You spend a little time using a finger labrynth, yoga mat, Bibles, spiritual books, or one of our other resources.
For Reflection This Week:
What feeds your spirit and helps you to find grounding in this time and place?
When was the last time that you felt grounded or centered? Who/what helped you to find that sense of peace in the moment?

Join Benedictine Friends and get to know the Sisters! Students who choose to participate in Benedictine Friends are asked to make a one year commitment (or more) to the program. We ask all student participants to commit to attending a majority of the large group gatherings (approx. 3 per semester are offered). Students may choose to be paired up with a Sister Friend, if desired. Students then are expected to follow through and meet with that Sister on a regular basis (as determined by the two of you, usually 2-3 times per semester).
Anchored to the Rock: This retreat has been developed to walk students through a process of self reflection on their individual faith. It is our hope that students will enter into this retreat ready to do some personal reflection on who they are, what has brought them to this retreat, and how God might be inviting them to grow in their own unique spirituality. During the course of the retreat we hope students will reflect on aspects of Christian life. Experiencing God: Prayer, Scripture, Worship and Faith in Action: Loving our neighbor
